See, I just don't think anyone's really going to care. I think about blogs, posts, chefs, restaurants, social media anything;--it's all bullshit, ya know? And yet it's also why someone might care after all. You get what you give, right?
Food-related content, to be sure, is pretty ubiquitous. Anything and everything anyone might want to cook, can be found for free online or in any number of cookbooks specializing in everything from how to boil water to how not to boil water. There's no consequence to the fact of my publishing or not publishing. The world has done without thus far and, to be quite frank, no one will have the same feeling or experience or takeaway as I did, because ultimately everyone can only have their own variant of it, and all others' relative in the same exact way.
So, in the end, why ever would I put myself out there in the first place? Well, you get what you give and, at the end of the day, everyone's gotta pay the bills somehow. Time to grow up a little, get with the times, and stir the pot a bit. Whether or not you care is entirely up to you.
